In Swedbank's Analyst Trainee Program, you will get an invaluable chance to sharpen your analytical skills and learn to think outside the box. You will work closely with our leaders and support them with critical decision-making material while developing your self-leadership and courage to test new ideas. We believe in learning through practical experience, so you will be right in the heart of the bank's operations. Additionally, you will have opportunities to build your knowledge through external and internal trainings.
Over 10 exciting months, we offer you a unique opportunity to rotate between different but closely correlated units within the bank. This rotation provides a comprehensive overview of our operations and helps you understand various parts of our business in depth. Throughout the program, you will face complex problems that truly test your analytical abilities – but don't worry, your future colleagues and managers will be there to support you every step of the way.
You will work with amazing colleagues from different departments and levels, providing valuable contacts within Swedbank.
