Swedbank PSD2 API news
Please find below the upcoming changes and improvements in Swedbank PSD2 API.
Sweden & Baltics
- Additional algorithms supported for request signing.
Besides currently supported SHA-256 and SHA-512 algorithms we added support for SHA-384. Additional support for EC based QWAC & QSeal certificates is added. Check chapter “Request signing” in documentation and swagger for detailed information. Test can be performed using following page: https://psd2.api.swedbank.com/support/v2/testSignature
- Inactive applications cleanup
We would like to remind that we remove inactive (no requests for 1 year) applications. Please note that certificate renewal can be done using active applications (just add new certificates to active app-id).
Sweden
- Savings banks merge in Sweden
On the 2nd of January 2024 the two savings banks Bergslagen Sparbank and Södra Dalarnas Sparbank were merged and became Sparbanken Bergslagen (new org.nr. 516406-1185). The technical change is planned for the 18-19th of October and it might affect services in PSD2 API. The new bank id/clearing number for both banks will be 8191. Customer accounts’ numbers will be updated accordingly.
Now from the beginning of the year 2024:
8114 SPARBANKEN BERGSLAGEN AB (Södra Dalarnas Sparbank AB)
8191 SPARBANKEN BERGSLAGEN AB (Bergslagens Sparbank AB)
Will be from the 18th October 2024:
8191 SPARBANKEN BERGSLAGEN AB
This will affect following services in PSD2 API:
- Active tokens in the bank 8114 will be invalidated so that new token can get new bankid;
- If TPP has stored account list – then it has to be updated;
- Bankid list will be updated accordingly to remove bankid 8114 (endpoint /psd2/available-bankids);
- Account number for dated payments will be migrated and this will not affect paymentid;
- Payment initiation service may have limitation during migration day.
Please prepare to adapt your services accordingly based on information provided above.
