Acquisition financing is structured through various types of senior loans, where repayment – in addition to the relevant collateral – is also covered by stable cash flows. Our clients are mainly private equity companies, and the deals are characterised by high leverage.

Project finance enables the financing of large, capital-intensive investments - and is common in sectors such as infrastructure, the power industry, telecommunications, complex real estate projects and some types of public operations. Financing is often via a project company with limited regress against the company’s owners. The project risk is refined and allocated to the parties best suited to manage each risk. Repayment is made solely from the cash flow generated by the investment.
