Supplier requirements
All Swedbank suppliers need to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before being able to participate in a tender.
Before signing a contract with Swedbank, suppliers also need to sign our Supplier Code of Conduct and agree to the terms therein. The Code of Conduct is an important part of, and establishes the basis of, Swedbank’s strategy for a sustainable supply chain and the ambition to establish a proactive collaboration with our suppliers in the promotion of lawful, professional, and fair practices that integrate respect for labour practices, human rights, the environment, and business ethics.
All suppliers must read and comply with our Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. The Policy requires suppliers and service providers to abide by the principles set out in it when working on behalf of Swedbank.
As part of our compliance and due diligence work, all our suppliers need to go through certain assessments before contracting, or during an ongoing relationship.
